I chose this hair colour because it contains no resorcinol. After dying my hair for forty years, the last 10 years using permanent colours, I have found that my scalp reacts and also resorcinol is linked to thyroid/endocrine issues. I'm not yet ready to give in to the grey so I was delighted to find this dye. Application isn't so easy - a bit like trying to put golden syrup on your hair but easier if you have someone else do it. To cover grey re-growth you need two packs - one of a natural shade (8N in my case) and one in a fashion shade (9G for me) but it doesn't explain this before you buy: it was just pure luck that I bought two packs of the right shades because I couldn't decide. The grey coverage this time around wasn't the best but it was acceptable, I will try it again next time with more product/higher heat/longer time. The overall colour is lovely and condition is nice and shiny and soft, plus no itchy scalp which is great! I will be using it again, just need to get to grips with a new (to me) product.

Can’t comment on the product as it still hasn’t arrived, almost 4 weeks after placing the order. Have sent the company an email but haven’t heard back. It’s quite an expensive product so it’s a lot of money to waste and I will need a refund if it doesn’t arrive. Very disappointing!

Fantastic colour and no burning feeling on the scalp unlike some other “Natural” dyes ! Will def use again !!
